We have a 24/7 Emergency Room in our Brewster, NY location and in addition we provide Neurology, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Oncology, Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation, Blood Bank and diagnostic imaging and laboratory services. Since our founding, Guardian Veterinary has grown to include locations in Middletown, NY, for ER Services, overnight and weekends/holidays as well as a General Practice in the Bronx, NY. Guardian Veterinary Specialists is seeking Swing Shift Client Care Representatives (CCRs) for full-time positions. Hours will vary for the shift. It will be a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts. Must be flexible to work day into evening hours. We are a 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary hospital and looking to fill a variety of swing shifts.

**Must have their own reliable transportation**

**Location is in Brewster, NY**

***Shifts available are swing, overnight, day and PT***


**Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. **Compensation to commensurate with experience**

Qualified applicants for this role:

  • Love of animals and a passion to help and heal, first and foremost
  • The desire to continually learn and grow
  • 1 year of administrative or customer service skills at minimum
  • Must be adept at using a multiple-line telephone system
  • Must be comfortable handling and processing cash and other forms of payment
  • Experience in a medical office setting preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to learn veterinary management software
  • Will have the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
  • Must be willing to work one weekend day
