We are currently seeking dedicated Swing Shift Client Care Representatives for full-time roles. This position requires flexibility, as hours will vary, and includes a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system efficiently.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Support the veterinary team by learning and utilizing veterinary management software.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work one weekend day per week.
