POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Relations Manager at Talascend plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Outdoor LED customer interactions. This includes managing and resolving issues related to Pro Sports videoboard displays, ensuring effective communication with Customer Care leadership, the Network Operating Center (NOC), and relevant stakeholders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee daily performance metrics of Outdoor LED displays to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Prepare ticket status reports for senior management and customer communications.
  • Provide administrative support and resolve B2B Outdoor LED customer inquiries.
  • Identify display issues, develop resolution strategies, and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance B2B customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve B2B service processes to align with customer experience expectations.
  • Engage in strategic planning to meet service level agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Support daily operations, procurement, logistics, and warranty renewals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 5 years in customer solutions, administrative roles, or project management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project and program management.
  • Experience in Account Management, Data Analysis, and Problem Resolution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale projects or events.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Capable of managing complex resolutions in dynamic environments.
