We are a leading distributor of Industrial Automation and Control Products. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will work closely with the Inside Sales team to provide best in class customer service.

Schedule: Part-time. On-site. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.


Sales Support Administrator Daily Tasks :

  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist with the entering and processing of sales orders.
  • Answer customer questions about the status of orders.
  • Process return authorization requests for customers.
  • Assist with pricing administration.
  • Track SUS renewals, SPAs, and Rebates.
  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks as needed.


What we are looking for in a Sales Support Administrator :

  • Valid and clean driver's license to make trips to the bank and post office as needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel (basic knowledge).
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role, preferred but willing to train the right candidate.


Physical Ability Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time (with accommodations upon request)
  • Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, adding machine, and telephone for prolonged periods of time (with accommodations upon request)
