Position Overview:
USESI is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Counter Sales Associate to enhance our operations. This role is integral to our Central Distribution Center and involves direct collaboration with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers at the sales counter, through electronic communication, and via telephone.
- Address operational issues promptly through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to reduce customer wait times effectively.
- Monitor and track customer orders in our system to ensure processing efficiency.
- Manage customer and vendor returns in accordance with established timelines.
- Offer administrative assistance to Distribution Leadership.

Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales within the electrical sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Capability to lift up to 60 pounds.
