Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Create, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and web.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to improve future marketing efforts.

Content Creation and Management:
  • Produce high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, and email newsletters that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely updates and consistency across all platforms.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.

Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to audience inquiries, and engage with followers.

Email Marketing:
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
  • Analyze email performance metrics to enhance future campaigns.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to track website traffic and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to present to stakeholders.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.

Stay Informed on Digital Marketing Trends:
  • Continuously research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and advertising techniques.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are a plus.

Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or any relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Personal Attributes:Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
