We are seeking a Digital Solutions Administrator to support the digital needs of Princeton alumni organizations, including regional associations, classes, and affinity groups. This is a temporary, full-time position lasting 5-6 months.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user needs on TigerNet, our online volunteer communications platform, which includes community websites, email communications, an alumni directory, and discussion boards.
  • Collaborate with an external help desk vendor to address alumni inquiries, resolve user issues, and communicate platform enhancements.
  • Report to the Director of Marketing and Client Relations and support the Alumni Services Administrator by investigating and responding to inquiries through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Provide email marketing support and expertise on an as-needed basis, including creating email templates and simple websites for alumni organization volunteers.
  • Work with communications colleagues to develop and implement email marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of colleagues, volunteers, and partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with email and digital marketing platforms.
