We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at Educational Testing Service (ETS). As a key member of our Corporate Brand and Marketing Excellence team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement and awareness of ETS amongst our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar that showcases ETS's brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.
  • Social Media Listening and Analytics: Utilize social listening tools to inform content development and optimize engagement with our follower communities.
  • Brand Consistency and Voice: Ensure that all ETS social media channels maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Emerging Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, platform tools, and best practices to inform our social media strategy.
  • Project Management and Execution: Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with error-free execution.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide weekly social media reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting performance insights, trends, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of writing and editing experience in an agency or corporate environment, with a focus on social media marketing.
  • Skills: Advanced content creation and editing skills, including writing for various audiences and social media platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
