This client is seeking an Inside Sales Manager who is detail oriented and self-motivated to become a leader in a fast-paced, dynamic, diverse, and innovative Construction Equipment Company.
Responsibilities
- Makes outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to sell products and services.
- Handles inbound sales calls to develop quotes.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers over the phone or in person.
- Assists customers in choosing the most appropriate product.
- Provides customers with estimated delivery dates, and proactively communicates with them if unforeseen circumstances impact when the unit will be completed.
- Coordinates the change order process, determines the feasibility of the requested change, calculates cost, and communicates with customers.
Qualifications
- Skilled in utilizing multifaceted sales techniques including phone, email and detailed proposals to effectively close sales
- Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills and business acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a customer's organization including at the C-Level
