This client is seeking an Inside Sales Manager who is detail oriented and self-motivated to become a leader in a fast-paced, dynamic, diverse, and innovative Construction Equipment Company.

Responsibilities

  • Makes outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to sell products and services.
  • Handles inbound sales calls to develop quotes.
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers over the phone or in person.
  • Assists customers in choosing the most appropriate product.
  • Provides customers with estimated delivery dates, and proactively communicates with them if unforeseen circumstances impact when the unit will be completed.
  • Coordinates the change order process, determines the feasibility of the requested change, calculates cost, and communicates with customers.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in utilizing multifaceted sales techniques including phone, email and detailed proposals to effectively close sales
  • Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a customer's organization including at the C-Level
