We are seeking an energetic Inside Sales person to join our team.Family owned and operated since 1928, we are located throughout OR, ID and WA.We value serving both our internal and external customers.Job Description:Our Inside Sales people represent the company and its products to both current and prospective customers. This position acts as main liaison between branch outside salespeople and customers. Inside Sales uses quality sales techniques and customer service skills to meet and exceed customers' expectations via phone, email, or in person at the branch. Requirements include providing a variety of customer service functions such as: writing and coordinating customer orders and credits for delivery or will call, providing product specifications and application assistance, providing price quotations, and locating and ordering specialty products.Qualifications:At least one year of plumbing counter sales or inside sales experience required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A proven background of meeting sales and margin goals and gaining new customers.Demonstrates and utilizes quality sales techniques and customer service skills.We are looking for a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team member.40wpm and good computer software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.Consolidated Supply Co. offers:Competitive Pay401k Profit Sharing w/ Employer ContributionMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceVoluntary Long-Term Disability, Accident and Critical Illness InsurancePaid Holidays and VacationEmployee Recognition ProgramsCareer Advancement OpportunitiesPay range $30.48 - $42.68 hourly, bonus eligibleWashington law requires the posting of the potential salary range for advertised jobs.
