Reeder Distributors is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support one of our top producing Outside Sales Reps. This position will work within our Fuel division. The successful candidate will be client-focused, high-energy, self-motivated, and extremely organized with excellent attention to detail coupled with the ability to problem solve on the fly.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring existing customer fuel levels and placing orders accordingly.
  • Providing excellent customer service by acting as the day-to-day contact as directed by supervisor.
  • Focusing on anticipating customer needs, resolving customer issues, and maximizing mutual value toward goals.
  • Identifying sales opportunities.
  • Developing sales opportunities with outside sales rep by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and preparing quotations.
  • Answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information in CRM.
  • Partnering with supervisor to qualify prospective customers.
  • Coordinating internal resources to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer relationships continually.
  • Entering, updating, and maintaining CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload
  • Building relationships

  • Professionalism
  • Attention to detail
  • Fuel or oil industry experience a plus
