We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales candidate to fill our Sales Regional Representative position vacancy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the outdoor equipment industry. Candidate must have strong communication relationships with our potential & existing customers. This is a temporary position with a focus on the Louisville, KY area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct & run scheduled appointments in the Louisville, KY & surrounding area.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and scheduled meeting.

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential & existing customers.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for increasing sales.

- Stay current on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.

- Provide excellent customer service and support the customers upon request.

- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and accept generate leads provied by our marketing sales team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred.

- 1-3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel within the Louisville, KY area as needed.

- Access to reliable transportation. Valid driver's license & vehicle insurance.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Willingness to travel within the Louisville, KY or surrounding zipcode areas to meet with customers to close requested deals.
