Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing regulations for all properties in the region
  • Oversee property management teams and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective property operations
  • Review financial statements and reports to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and agencies to promote the properties and attract potential tenants
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for property improvements and cost-saving measures
  • Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met
  • Provide training and support to property management teams on LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing regulations
  • Assist with the development of annual budgets and monitor financial performance of properties within the region
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on affordable housing
  • In-depth knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, property management, multifamily, and affordable housing regulations
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively oversee multiple properties and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues in a timely manner
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, real estate, or finance
