What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the liaison between our company, field sales reps, and manufacturers for material handling products.
- Process proposals and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate lease paperwork and manage orders for peripheral equipment.
- Handle billing and commissions, ensuring everything is processed correctly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with problem resolution.
- Maintain status updates on pending quotations and ensure inventory of materials is up to date.
- Provide backup support within the department and take on special projects as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Proficiency in computer applications and a strong attention to detail.
