Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our Fleet Service Group in Brookfield, WI. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless information flow between sales, service, and our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining TMR ledgers and monthly reports for all Wolter Inc branches.
  • Prepare TMR Contracts and distribute to account managers with follow-up for signatures.
  • Assist in entering new TMR Contract information in Quipware Business System.
  • Monthly TMR billing.
  • Follow-up with internal staff on outstanding hour meter readings on equipment.
  • Cross-training to support all divisions of the FLM Group.
  • Quoting Lease Rates to Sales support staff for customer quotes.
  • Source Lease financing, request documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Receive and handle inbound Lease questions from Customer and Account Managers.
  • Maintain Lease files and ledgers for tracing and monthly report purposes.
  • Manage timely notification of expired leases.
  • Analyze and determine Fair Market Value of equipment at end of lease and collaborate with Account Manager on best options for customer.
  • Maintain leasing, fleet and TMR files.
  • Assist Fleet Analyst to establish monthly Lease Rate sheets and Monthly Fleet reporting.
  • Assist Fleet Operations Manager in preparation of Fleet presentations.
Requirements
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail is critical to provide accurate reporting.
  • Excellent telephone and customer service techniques.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, and formulas with knowledge of Power BI a plus.
  • Enjoys math and analytics.
