Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at SEEK Careers Staffing. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and Accounting: Prepare and process invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed spreadsheets of sales orders, payment activity, and other relevant data.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is required.
