Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Administrator to join our team at Wolter, Inc. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales reps, managing warehouse product proposals, and ensuring seamless communication between our company, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Our Sales Team: Collaborate with field sales reps to ensure product specifications align with customer needs.
  • Be the Liaison: Serve as the key point of contact between our company, sales reps, and manufacturers, helping source products and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Drive Sales Success: Generate proposals for potential deals, process orders, and ensure accurate invoicing for customers and vendors.
  • Make an Impact: Assist with special projects, work closely with our Industrial Engineer, and be the go-to person for walk-in customers and incoming calls.
  • Stay Organized: Maintain inventory records, manage allied product literature, and assist with end-of-month reporting and commission processing.
