THE FOLLOWING ARE THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION:

  • Talent Acquisition and Provide administrative support for the HR new hire process
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees by providing orientation sessions and supporting their integration into the team.
  • Communicate employment verification issues to HR team members.
  • Coordinate and deliver New Hire Orientation on a rotational basis with HR Team.
  • Ensure New Hire Orientation and Employee Start-Up Guide are updated in a timely manner.

HRIS

  • Ensure Focus group is being conducted on time and compile results
  • Provide administrative support as required to support various HR Programs & Processes.
  • Provide group level administrative support for all HR related actions, including, but not limited to new hires, promotions, transfers, leave of absence, terminations, HRIS and Audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, guiding HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment and encourage feedback.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner, aiming to resolve conflicts and maintain harmony within the workplace.
  • Conduct Investigations

Performance Management

  • Supports the 90 days, 6 months, and annual Performance Review process as needed.
  • Assist in developing performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • Provide managers with training and resources on conducting performance appraisals and developing action plans for employee performance improvements.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to improve programs continuously.
  • Streamlining/tailoring annual training and ensuring credit for non-relias trainings.

Benefits Administration

  • Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring they meet employees' needs.
  • Act as a resource for employees regarding benefits enrollment, eligibility, and changes, aiming to provide clear guidance.

HR Projects and Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects, such as Audits. Focus group. Employee engagement surveys, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, People operations initiatives, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, including recruitment and selection, training, and development.
  • Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust among diverse employees.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in conducting training and development programs.
  • Proficiency in handling sensitive employment issues.
