Primary Responsibilities:


● Assistant to the Solutions Director.
● Liaising with various parties to gather and share relevant information.
● Maintaining records and documentation.
● Maintaining daily records of transactions.
● Reviewing and processing applications and other paperwork.
● Recording of application requests, approved/denied applications, and job sold under this platform as necessary.
● Assist in planning and scheduling meetings.
● Conducting meetings with clients.
● Managing multiple inboxes.


Qualifications:


● Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
● Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, banking and accounting systems.
● Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Accounting experience (Preferred)
  • Obtain PERC Card once hired


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
