About the Role

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned professional with strong business insight and an entrepreneurial spirit to join us as the Management Accountant for our corporate entities.

In this essential position, you will play a vital role in achieving operational excellence, providing specialized knowledge and strategic financial advice for our corporate entities.

As the Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and be instrumental in various financial functions including the preparation of monthly management accounts, drafting annual financial statements, overseeing supplier payments, managing secretarial services for tax and regulatory compliance, conducting reconciliations, addressing ad hoc financial needs, and collaborating on automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Drafting annual financial statements
• Assisting the Finance Manager with external audit processes
• Oversight of all supplier payments
• Supporting the Finance Manager in cash flow management
• Management of secretarial services to ensure tax and regulatory compliance
• Conducting various monthly and daily reconciliations across different ledgers
• Addressing ad hoc requirements and providing financial information as needed
• Preparation of UAE VAT-compliant sales invoices
• Collaborating with the Finance Manager on automation initiatives
• Supporting the Finance Manager in contract negotiations
• Revamping the payable function
• Assisting the Finance Manager in ensuring timely payroll processing
Qualifications
• Over 3 years of progressive experience in finance
• CA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience with multinational companies across various regions is a plus
Performance Metrics
• Meeting reporting deadlines
• Creating dynamic reports
• Ensuring compliance

You will report directly to our Finance Manager and collaborate closely with our Finance and Operations Team.
