Position Overview:
The LTIAMD Development Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team at Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional with a robust background in finance, business, or accounting. This role is designed for a Level 4 Program Finance Analyst who will collaborate closely with Program Finance Managers, the Business Operations Senior Manager, and the Program Management team across all facets of Program Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
This position encompasses a variety of critical functions, including but not limited to:
  • Overseeing daily program finance operations, ensuring effective management of business and financial performance from proposal through contract execution and closure;
  • Implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and generating comprehensive reports (IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, CSDR);
  • Conducting monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial forecasting for Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash, along with Long Range Planning;
  • Analyzing and preparing quarterly Cost Status Reports (CSR) and visual data presentations. Assisting the program team and financial management in proactively tracking and forecasting program expenditures, identifying potential issues, and ensuring financial commitments are met;
  • Engaging with various program and financial management personnel to ensure compliance with company and program protocols;
  • Preparing, analyzing, and presenting program-level earned value and financial performance metrics to both F&BO and Program teams;
  • Responding to ad hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external stakeholders;
  • Effectively communicating financial performance insights to leadership teams.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/combined education, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Recognized as an emerging authority in the field.
  • Proficient understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) standards, specifically ANSI / EIA 748A; expertise in EVMS Management & Reporting;
  • Experience in Program Finance, including preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial status reports, as well as forecasting for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.

Desired Skills:
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adeptness in managing complex assignments;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau;
  • Self-starter with a process-oriented mindset and structured problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities;
  • Familiarity with EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR) and Cobra;
  • Experience interfacing with senior management;
  • Leadership experience in team settings.

Security Clearance:
This role necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

Work Environment:
This position allows for part-time remote work, with a flexible schedule that may include condensed workweeks, providing employees with additional time away from the office.
