Portsmouth Corporate Financial Services Inc. (PCFSI) is a hospitality financial and administrative consulting company in Portsmouth, NH.

 

We are accepting applications for a Payroll/HR Coordinator to join our team

 

Duties/Responsibilities of our Payroll/HR Coordinator include:

  • Process bi-weekly and weekly payrolls.
  • Review payrolls for accuracy before finalizing.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to payroll & provide support for use of ADP and other HR systems to users at the properties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all payroll and HR data.
  • Optimize HR/payroll systems (ADP, Unifocus, etc.) to meet workforce requirements and identify automation for reduction of manual processes.
  • Optimize systems to streamline data accuracy and availability for metric reporting.
  • Maintain electronic employee records, ensure accuracy of data in compliance with all privacy regulations related to electronic record-keeping and personal data management.

 

Qualifications for a successful Payroll/HR Coordinator include:

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and pride in work product.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with technology and learning new computer programs.
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize, multi-task and work to deadlines.
  • Technical skills in MS Office Suite with a focus on Excel.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
