Position Overview:
As a vital member of the HR team at Epredia, the HR Operations Specialist serves as the primary contact for employee inquiries and support. This role is essential in delivering high-quality HR services across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an outstanding employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Act as the initial HR contact for employee questions, including management of leaves of absence, benefits inquiries, and HR policies.
- Provide support via phone and email during standard business hours for the HR Service Center.
- Oversee the Leaves of Absence process, collaborating with external providers to facilitate a seamless experience for employees.
- Work closely with the HR team and external vendors to address and resolve employee concerns efficiently.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including processing new hires and terminations in the HRIS system.
- Track and manage various employee programs, such as recognition initiatives and tuition reimbursement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:
- An associate degree or equivalent experience in HR operations support; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Service Center or a similar customer service role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Leave of Absence Management and Benefits Administration is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Ability to interpret and convey HR policies and procedures clearly.
