The Account Manager will report directly to the Director of Account Management


Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of client utilizing your marketing expertise
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with clients
  • Manage advertising campaign operations and strategy
  • Educate your client base on social media marketing, industry reports, and best practices
  • Be continuously learning to stay current on digital marketing trends and technological updates
  • Identify opportunities for additional products/services, articulate their value, expand relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, developers, agency partners, and creative to achieve client business goals
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members


Requirements:

Skills/Abilities

  • Confident communicator and able to effectively present information through video calls, email and in-person meetings
  • Understand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successful
  • Effective time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Computer literate - confidence in learning new programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
  • Positive customer-centric attitude

Qualifications

  • Two (2+) years of previous experience in sales, consulting, account management, marketing work experience
  • BA/BS in a related field and general business acumen
  • Paid ads experience
  • Marketing Agency experience preferred
