Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize account management tools such as Zoho to track and enhance customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project and account management.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in banking and financial services, to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Account and Project Management.
  • Strong background in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) for managing customer accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve customer service excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred but not required.
