Office Assistant

Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Location: West Bend, WI


Job Summary:

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Regional and Finance departments while also handling general office tasks. Your duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to answering phones, recruiting, data entry, employee onboarding, and office cleaning and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer All Incoming Phone Calls
    • You will be the primary person to manage incoming and outgoing office correspondence, mainly phone calls and the general contact email inbox.
    • Recruiting Daily
      • This will include reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews as well as texting and calling applicants to conduct phone interviews. You will also follow up with candidates regularly.
  • Assist Employees with Inquiries as Needed
  • Keep the Office Clean and Organized
  • Provide Support to All Departments as Needed
  • Complete Projects as Assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High Regard to Professionalism.

  • Proactive & Detail Oriented.
  • Excellent Time Management, Organizational, and Multitasking Abilities.

  • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality and Handle Sensitive Information with Discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Years Prior Experience in Office Administration or Human Resources.
  • Efficient in HR and Recruiting Software or Tools.
