Hours: 8am-4:30pm
Location: West Bend, WI
Job Summary:
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Regional and Finance departments while also handling general office tasks. Your duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to answering phones, recruiting, data entry, employee onboarding, and office cleaning and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer All Incoming Phone Calls
- You will be the primary person to manage incoming and outgoing office correspondence, mainly phone calls and the general contact email inbox.
- Recruiting Daily
- This will include reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews as well as texting and calling applicants to conduct phone interviews. You will also follow up with candidates regularly.
- Assist Employees with Inquiries as Needed
- Keep the Office Clean and Organized
- Provide Support to All Departments as Needed
- Complete Projects as Assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High Regard to Professionalism.
- A Desire to Learn and Grow Within a Company Long-Term.
- Adaptable, Dependable, and Reliable.
- Proactive & Detail Oriented.
- Excellent Time Management, Organizational, and Multitasking Abilities.
- Strong Technological Skills with Preferred Experience in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to Maintain Confidentiality and Handle Sensitive Information with Discretion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 Years Prior Experience in Office Administration or Human Resources.
- Efficient in HR and Recruiting Software or Tools.
