We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Typical Schedule:
  • 5-7 Hours per day
  • Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance. 
  • Ability to commute to West Chester and the surrounding areas.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and submit to a background check.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for the cleaning team.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer and employee information.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
