Job Summary

An Operations Lead will oversee the company’s organizations processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality.

Major Job Responsibilities

  • Supervision of multiple employees to ensure the coordination of satisfying customer needs
  • Positively and effectively lead teams to increasingly higher levels of productivity and quality
  • Constantly making sure that safety is our number one priority, every day in everything we do.
  • Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Organizing requests, etc. to ensure all customers are serviced efficiently and profitably
  • Solving problems as they arise, often in urgent situations
  • Works closely with Operations Manager to ensure all goals are met
  • Perform other duties as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma
  • 3 years of Lead experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must be organized and detailed-oriented
  • Ability to interact successfully with internal customers
  • Be very dependable, with excellent attendance
  • Have a stable job history
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs
