Key Responsibilities:
- Foster engagement among team members to ensure they receive proper onboarding, training, and constructive feedback for success.
- Identify talent and facilitate career discussions to maintain a diverse talent pipeline for both team member and leadership roles.
- Engage in open conversations with team members to uphold Meijer standards and promote growth within the organization.
- Oversee area operations and financial performance by implementing corporate strategies to maximize sales and productivity while managing budgetary items.
- Promote safety and compliance throughout the store, ensuring adherence to all operational procedures.
- Guide Team Leaders and Leads in assigning daily tasks and addressing training needs for team members.

Qualifications:
