Omni Visions is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as a Recruitment Specialist. As part of the Omni Family of Services, Omni Visions is a multi-state agency that provides services for adults and children. We are 100% employee owned and we are as dedicated to supporting our team members as we are to the clients we serve.

As the Recruitment Specialist you would be responsible for recruiting foster families and assisting with the certification and licensing process for foster families. The Recruitment Specialist is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Omni Visions and comply with all Omni Visions policies and procedures, OSHA, CMS, HIPPA, local, state, and federal, regulations.

- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services or related field with demonstrated public relations skills and two years’ work experience in social services with youth and families.

- Prior experience in social services or an advanced degree in social work or related human services field.

- Be self-motivated and able to work independently and multi-task possessing strong organizational, interpersonal, decision making, and public speaking skills.

- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.

- Valid driver’s license.
