Look no further LaSalle Network is currently working with a leading global corporate payments company. They are looking for Call Center Specialists for their Lexington, KY office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years or more of call center and/or customer service experience.

Call Center Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound and taking inbound calls within department KPI goals
  • Entering data accurately into the system
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills over the phone to assist hotels and clients with issues
  • Communicating issues effectively and professionally with all clients and departments
  • Utilizing proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues
  • Completing assigned duties on time
  • Performing other duties as needed or assigned

Call Center Specialist Requirements:
  • 1+ years of call center and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient communication that includes telephone, verbal and written skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
