This position is remotely based near Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, and Phoenix AZ. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to manage the top Dining Alliance members in the West Coast territory. You will be their point person to help answer questions, oversee their account to make sure data is flowing correctly and ensuring they are getting the most out of their membership to create stickiness and keep them apart of the Buyers Edge Platform for many years to come

Your impact:

  • Manage top Dining Alliance members (200-300 parent accounts)
  • Establish and deepen relationships with members by understanding their business objectives
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients on updates, information and concerns
  • Identify opportunities for potential upsell to other brands or programs within Buyers Edge Platform
  • Track all member activity and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Must be comfortable being the point person for the client and internal departments

About you:

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, high energy and a "can do" attitude balancing multiple tasks
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Have strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Are flexible and thrive in fast-paced work environments
  • 4 year Bachelors' degree or related industry experience
  • Working knowledge of CRM or Salesforce
  • Preferred- upselling and retention experience
  • Travel potentially once a quarter
