Our mission revolves around providing the highest quality of patient services, ongoing education, professional growth, and active community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary customer service to patients, clinics, staff, insurance providers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to incoming calls, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Manage and return all voicemails and email communications on a daily basis.
- Maintain our Employer database, ensuring accurate management of dynamic information related to payer guidelines, regulations, reimbursements, and authorizations.
- Review accounts and insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to guarantee precise processing and payment posting.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Athena is preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical office or customer service role is advantageous.
