As a Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support to our clients while actively seeking opportunities to enhance their overall experience. PayRange is transforming the way people interact with traditionally cash-dependent machines. Our mission is to enable seamless mobile transactions for vending, laundry, amusement, car washes, and more. We have developed an innovative, cost-effective solution that utilizes smartphones and network connectivity, allowing for quick upgrades of existing machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support requests.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical assistance to clients.
- Assist customers with hardware installation and related inquiries.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to customers regarding their requests.
- Educate clients on maximizing the benefits of our products.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead for resolution.
- Stay informed about product features and best practices to serve as a product expert.
- Process returned hardware and maintain accurate documentation.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the customer journey from onboarding onward.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in technical writing and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
