Position Overview:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional assistance and guidance.

Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless coordination of service requests. Your role is vital in upholding high standards of client satisfaction and ensuring effective resolution of concerns.

Key Duties:

  • Address client inquiries and requests through various communication channels promptly and professionally.
  • Establish and maintain client accounts, locations, and contacts in our database accurately.
  • Create and oversee work orders, ensuring all pertinent information is documented correctly.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team to guarantee timely arrangement and resolution of service requests.
  • Manage incoming emergency communications during operational hours, generate work orders, and follow up with clients as necessary.
  • Proactively contact clients due or overdue for service to arrange appointments and respond to any inquiries.
  • Assist with incoming leads from diverse sources, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Client Support Specialist or a comparable role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing client support software and systems.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High degree of patience and professionalism in managing client inquiries and issues.
