Join our team at SERVPRO of Southwest Portland as a new Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Our mission is to help restore properties affected by fire and water damage to their pre-loss condition.


We are looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in demanding environments, enjoys interacting with new clients, possesses outstanding communication abilities, and excels at multitasking. Job Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our SERVPRO team, you will:

  • Oversee and execute tasks according to SERVPRO protocols for each work order.
  • Respond to service inquiries, establish efficient workflows, and coordinate job requirements.
  • Document job progress, perform and supervise production tasks, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations on-site.
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients.

Key Duties:
  • Clarify processes and address customer inquiries as necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to client needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate clear expectations to team members and supervise their tasks.
  • Conduct production processes as scheduled while ensuring quality control.
  • Identify safety risks and implement control measures to protect all parties involved.
  • Quickly resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation for project details.
  • Manage production costs effectively.
  • Safeguard equipment and materials through proper usage.
  • Keep vehicles, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized.
  • Engage in sales and marketing efforts, including additional sales and security assessments.

Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in cleaning or restoration is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally or out of state as needed.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Exposure to various chemicals.
  • Capability to walk and stand for extended periods, drive, sit, and climb.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Repetitive motions involving pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
