EPI Power is hiring an Administrative Assistant II to join our team The Administrative Assistant II will play a key role in keeping things organized and running smoothly within the business. What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to EPI Power team
- Answer incoming calls and emails and respond or direct to the proper individual in a timely manner
- Prepare reports, memos, and routine correspondence on behalf of the business
- Assist in coordinating and organizing company events such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities
- Serve as a central point of contact for a variety of office needs including ordering lunches for meetings, ordering office supplies, shipping packages, and maintaining calendars
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and external parties
- Act as a liaison between outside agencies and vendors
- Support marketing and communications efforts as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- Experience working in an administrative or supporting role is desired
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them
- Desire to work in a collaborative, supportive, team environment
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired
- Technology:
- Proficient in basic computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn specific job-related software upon hire
- Additional Requirements:
- Relocation to the Des Moines, IA area
- Ability to work onsite Monday – Friday
