Inbound Lead Specialist and Client Relations Professional Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails during business hours. Identify and close new business clients while also cross promoting and educating clients on expansive services and program. Transfer to appropriate staff and attorneys.
- Process client through CRM from first contact through sign up and payment.
- Work directly with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to manage the acquisition of new clients and educate new and existing clients on various services and programs.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed, including spreadsheet & database management, email & text message drafting to ensure operational efficiency and client engagement.
Qualifications:
- Communication - possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service - have excellent telephone skills, customer service skills, and possess a sense of service and empathy.
- Organization/Attention to Detail - efficiently manage both new and current client files through data entry and paper collection. Utilize organizational skills and abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Collaboration - have the desire and ability to work in a strong team environment to create a superior customer experience for every potential new client and existing client.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday); 9a.m. – 5 pm
- Pay: $18-$22/hour with bonus structure for each lead closed
