Senior Client Relationship Specialist
In this critical position, you will play a significant role in nurturing and enhancing client relationships for a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. You will guide a team of client service representatives, ensuring the provision of outstanding service and support to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the support team in daily client service operations.
- Manage client data within financial planning software and become adept with various technology platforms, both for clients and internally.
- Engage with clients through phone and in-person interactions, collaborating closely with the Head of Operations and lead advisors on a daily basis.
- Facilitate onboarding for new clients and manage new account openings, overseeing the workflows associated with these processes.
- Prepare necessary documentation or set up onboarding workflows using Charles Schwab Digital and DocuSign as required.
- Conduct weekly meetings to review workflow status with the team.
- Monitor Schwab alerts and notify relevant parties of required actions, taking appropriate steps to resolve issues.
- Handle cashiering tasks including inbound and outbound movement requests such as checks, wire transfers, journals, and ACH.
CRM Management:
- Assist with the ongoing creation and maintenance of Action Plans.
- Manage daily operational tasks.
- Generate monthly Opportunity Reports.
Portfolio Management:
- Maintain client information (billing, addresses, client portal).
- Assist in fulfilling Quarterly Reporting requirements.
Compliance Management:
- Utilize ACA ComplianceAlpha Compliance Management Software for compliance data maintenance.
- Prepare updates and scheduled compliance tasks for review by the Chief Compliance Officer.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Prepare updates related to SEC regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Wealth Management firm.
