Compensation:$80,000 at plan annually
Key Responsibilities:- Track and document monthly and quarterly sales performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
- Evaluate and forward qualified leads to inbound sales representatives for swift client conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities within designated regions to broaden our client base.
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure the sales team has access to the latest client information.
- Engage with new qualified leads through various communication methods, including email and phone calls, to nurture prospects.
- Familiarity with the sales process and proficiency in managing client databases.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and the capability to travel as needed.
