Compensation:

$80,000 at plan annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and document monthly and quarterly sales performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Evaluate and forward qualified leads to inbound sales representatives for swift client conversion.
  • Identify new business opportunities within designated regions to broaden our client base.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure the sales team has access to the latest client information.
  • Engage with new qualified leads through various communication methods, including email and phone calls, to nurture prospects.
Required Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the sales process and proficiency in managing client databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and the capability to travel as needed.
