Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a BDC Representative to enhance our team at Courtesy Kia, a branch of Courtesy Automotive Group. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving business for our service department, managing incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and nurturing positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a genuine passion for customer service, and a solid understanding of automotive service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 100 calls daily, with incentives for achieving appointment targets.
  • Respond to inbound service inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate service appointments based on customer requirements and advisor availability.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure effective scheduling and workload management.
  • Keep customer information updated in the dealership's CRM system.
  • Utilize the CRM to monitor customer interactions and service appointments.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to gather feedback on service experiences.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Strong work ethic coupled with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving situations.
  • Proficient in sending emails and texts to leads while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Effective listening and communication skills with customers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Competent in maintaining notes and records.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
