Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to clients?
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to enhance the client journey within our financial services organization. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping and improving customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing participant inquiries regarding their retirement funds, including options, balances, rollovers, and claims.
- Maintaining active communication through phone and email channels throughout the day.
- Creating case tickets in our CRM system for issues such as check reissuance and address updates.
- Escalating complex situations to appropriate team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or financial sector.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and develop.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible start times.
Compensation:
$21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
