Eagle Peak Solutions is seeking a Client Communication Specialist to support customers in understanding their eligibility and guiding them through the enrollment process for the Federal Lifeline Program.

This role is funded by government initiatives, and we will offer comprehensive training to individuals who exhibit essential traits for the Client Communication Specialist position, such as: inherent motivation, effective communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The primary duty of the Client Communication Specialist is to assist individuals receiving government assistance in enrolling for a complimentary wireless phone.

This position is ideal for someone eager to contribute to their community while developing their professional skills in a modern, technology-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Communication Specialist:

  • Conduct outreach to potential eligible clients, evaluate their eligibility for government assistance, and facilitate their enrollment in the program.
  • Leverage your training and knowledge to explain the program's features and benefits in straightforward terms to clients and address any inquiries.
  • Approach clients with compassion, sincerity, and understanding, and escalate any issues that require additional resources for resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training related to community engagement, customer relations, and updates on products/services, applying this knowledge promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Enrollment Specialist team to accurately track and document all CRM data, inventory management, and territory mapping.

Qualifications for the Client Communication Specialist:

  • Prior experience in customer service, enrollment processes, member services, sales, or account management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients, demonstrate active listening, and engage in proactive sales techniques.
  • Receptive to feedback, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Confidence in presenting information to clients, colleagues, and management.
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative to achieve objectives with team support.
