Key Responsibilities:

General Administration:

  • Manage the Accounting/Finance Department team calendar, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and preparing meeting materials as needed.
  • Organize, maintain, and update corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and other external clients.

Operations

  • Research issues and utilize an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Support and coordinate projects and initiatives within the organization across different departments or teams.
  • Actively participate in promoting a positive office culture

Skills required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience or training.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion.
  • Excellent execution and obsession with detail and organization.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Google Calendaring.
  • This is a fully in-office position.

Salary Range: $80 - $85K
