Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and managing various aspects of the hiring lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Assist recruiters in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably as a coordinator or assistant.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
