Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary: The Head of Talent Acquisition is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company's talent acquisition strategy. This position involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business goals and growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing direction, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates across all levels and functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pipelines.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives are integrated into all aspects of talent acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and a focus on cost-effective recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading and managing recruitment teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align talent acquisition with business objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong understanding of DEI principles and their application in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
