Position Overview:

We are seeking a Legal Support and Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in-office) to enhance our vibrant Talent Acquisition team.

This role will provide critical support to our Talent Acquisition Recruiters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring seamless operations within the team.

Strong technical skills in HR software and tools, alongside a focus on process enhancement, are essential for success in this position.

This individual must be a self-motivated, highly organized professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Coordinator serves as a vital link between Talent Acquisition, candidates, and hiring managers, allowing recruiters to concentrate on sourcing and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with job requisitions for contractor transitions.
- Coordinate and schedule onboarding for new employees, adhering to Hanger's policies.
- Draft and manage offer letters and employment contracts using digital signing tools.

- Support the creation of job requisitions, post vacancies on job boards, and manage candidate assessments for high-volume roles.

- Facilitate various recruiting processes, including document management, candidate tracking, background checks, and travel arrangements.
- Develop or update PowerPoint presentations for reporting key performance indicators or training sessions for stakeholders.
- Address or redirect Talent Acquisition-related inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Operations, Benefits, Human Resources, and Payroll.
- Participate in special Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- Engage in assignments that require sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a related Talent Acquisition/HR role, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Specialist roles, or the legal field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience in drafting legal and formal documents, ideally with paralegal experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS or Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools, resume databases, and social media recruiting strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all levels.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills, time management capabilities, and a collaborative spirit.
