Document Indexing Specialist

 

Sprezzatura seeks a Document Indexing Specialist to join our team supporting the Internal Revenue Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and indexing scanned documents, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently categorized for easy retrieval.

 

Roles/Responsibilities:

 

  • Index and categorize scanned documents accurately according to established guidelines.
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of scanned documents and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain and update the document indexing system to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to document scanning and indexing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding document management.


Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

 

Other Requirements:

 

  • This is a fully remote position.
  • Must have access to a computer and the internet.
  • Citizenship/Security: Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to hold a federal security clearance.
