Executive personal assistant helps the executive run the organizations and companies smoothly. They will perform mostly administrative duties and clerical duties as well as scheduling personal matters related to several businesses and social activities. Arrange conference calls and meetings, make travel arrangements, compose correspondence, review memos and reports, conduct research, create presentations and prepare statistical reports. There will be other general office duties as well, such as organizing and maintaining files, answering phones, purchasing supplies and operating office equipment. They also might train and supervise other staff members.


Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system

Requirements

Though a college education is not required it is helpful as this will lead to an Executive Assistants Role. Must be fluent with word processing, database, desktop publishing, spreadsheet and presentation software and should also have good typing skills, as well as proficiency in grammar, spelling and writing.

Executive personal assistants must have good communication and customer service skills. They should also be able to work independently, exercise good judgment and take initiative.

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • High School degree
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
  • Must be to work onsite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Proactive with strong personal and professional boundaries

Salary range from $65,000 to $85,000 commensurate with past performance and ability to show production. 50% / 50% Health Care plan is offered as well as vacation and bonus for outstanding support and production. If you are very ambitious, please do apply.
