The Operations Coordinator, Logistics & Tradeshow Support is responsible for performing technical support and logistics duties on a professional level and works closely with Receiving, Inbound, Marketing, Merchandising, Optics and Government Sale Departments. Predominately carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: inventory control, maintenance on optics/IR devices, quality control checks on weapons, preventive maintenance on weapons and equipment in support of other business units, when necessary, as well as vehicle maintenance dictated by the Operations Manager. 
This is a full-time position with predominately daytime hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required. 

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Quarterly audits of Marketing and Government Inventory. 
  • Mounts, zeroes, and performs basic tests of optics in accordance with Engineering, Optics, Marketing and Government operations. 
  • Develops and implements DC related processes to assist in supporting trade shows and event preparation. 
  • Maintains Range equipment inventory in support of other business units.
  • Attends third party and vendor firearms qualification classes as dictated by the Operations Manager. 
  • Attends trade show and event operations as dictated by the Operations Manager. 
  • Maintains Primary Arms Fleet Vehicles as dictated by the Operations Manager. 
  • Facilitates the vehicle transfer of products between all the warehouses/distribution centers for primary arms.
  • Coordinates with Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor to complete shipments and tradeshow support timelines.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be detail oriented. 
  • Must be able to pass driver safety training and maintain a clean driving history.
  • Must have excellent time management ability to coordinate various projects at one time. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. 
  • Must be a team player and work well under pressure. 
  • Must have an excellent work ethic. 
  • Must be willing to learn and grow and take on additional responsibilities as the arise.
  • Must have basic computer skills. 
  • Experience with NetSuite, Word ,Excel and Korber preferred
  • Must be willing travel across the United States as needed
